I am certified in Pre-Natal massage, Cupping Therapy and RockTape kinesiotaping. In addition, I also incorporate neuromuscular and myofascial techniques in my sessions.

During my Signature massage, I incorporate a variety of techniques to address your specific issues. This could include Swedish, Neuromuscular techniques, Trigger Point therapy, Cupping therapy and Myofascial Release. Cranio-sacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine.

In addition to offering massage at an accessible rate, Yomassage classes appeal to many people because they are fully clothed and the class is offered in a safe environment. The 'Yo' in Yomassage is based on the principles of yoga: focus on the breath and the yogic philosophy of looking within. The combination of touch, gentle stretch, and mindfulness provide an avenue for relaxation and healing.

Please note that I do require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Any appointments cancelled over the time requirements, or those who do not show, will be charged 50% of the service fee. I provide services that are entirely therapeutic and 100% non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior on the client's part will result in the session being immediately terminated with no refunds given.
