I started back in 2003, when I completed the therapeutic massage therapy program at National University of Health Sciences. Over the years I've worked in a variety of spas, doctor's offices, and gyms. I learned a lot in that time and love to share my knowledge with others. In 2012 I decided it was time I set out on my own and start my own practice.

Cupping massage is a method of using gentle vacuum pressure to loosen adhesions, and lift connective tissue. This is a great option for those who want to focus on specific muscle groups. Can be very intense and deep work. Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage - to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good.

Studio 311 Suites is located at 311 S. Main St., Lombard, IL 60148. There is a private parking lot behind the building that you can access via Ash St. Feel free to park in the Studio 311 reserved parking spaces and come in the rear entrance of the building. I understand that "life" happens and sometimes clients need to cancel appointments.
