Yes, off-street parking options are available for $75/month for a primary space and $85/month for an additional space.

I moved here from NJ about a month ago and my entire experience has been so nice and easy. Nichole was wonderful and a great help! The community is nice, quiet and the neighbors are very pleasant. I'm so happy I moved here!

You know these apartments use to be really nice now it seems like they are just letting ANYBODY move in here! I wont make this an all around bad review though. But yes, you have a couple of good neighbors and then you have the trashy unkept ones who let their children do whatever!
Parking: horrible
Maintenance: very professional and respond quickly
Office staff: can be rude at times
Apartment (inside): very nice, well my unit at least
Apartments(outside) look run down especially when the trash is full and all over the ground

We used to live at the Stone Creek Apartment community before moving to be closer to a new job in St Petersburg. We missed it so much that when we had the opportunity to move back, we jumped at the chance.
Nichole Finney, the Assistant Property Manager and Amanda, the Property Manager, are excellent agents that represent the TM Realty Services brandname very well and help to maintain its distinguished reputation.
Nichole, who handled our application, was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She is friendly yet professional; accommodating yet not a push-over; In a well-balanced approach

If I can give this place 0stars I would. This has been by far the worse apartment complex Ive lived at in Tampa,Fl. I have been living here for 7months now and I have yet to just 3days of peace without hearing banging and stomping in the unit above me. I have expressed concerns to the office manager which I get redirected to the property manager, of which is only around maybe twice a week. I have requested for the corporate office contact number 4times and have yet to get a response back let a lone a number. My sleeping habits has changed. First time renting an apartment. Property is clean and quiet which is exactly what I was looking for. Leasing manager Nichole was extremely nice and helpful. Made me feel like it was my home from the start of the process. I would recommend her to ANYONE I know. Shes an angel. 10 out of 10.
