ATA Tiny Tigers
Report
In addition to our internationally recognized Karate for Kids program, we offer the Taekwondo for Tiny Tigers program. The Tiger program was developed specifically for preschool age children ages 3 through 6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline.
Karate for Kids
Report
There are many reasons for kids to become involved in the martial arts. We have developed a program based on traditional Taekwondo for kids called Karate for Kids. Karate can be a lifelong endeavor that makes a huge contribution to your overall well-being.

The actual physical moves (blocks, strikes, kick) apply directly to self-defense, and your karate kid will also experience safety lessons designed to prevent abduction and molestation and help children manage the schoolyard bully.Children develop confidence when they work in a structured classroom.
Teens and Adults
Report
A fun and effective martial arts training program for men and women ages 13 and older. Our adult programs are a great way to relieve stress, get and stay in shape, and learn valuable self-defense skills at the same time. Our programs blend a great physical workout with practical real life self-defense techniques, and are ideal for both men and women!
