We are inspired by the storyline where the guy or girl is searching for something to pull them up. They discover boxing and learn the passion that comes with the sport and their life changes.
Training to Box

Here's where we build a new you. It all starts with getting in shape and staying there. You will learn the fundamentals of balance, energy, and power. From there, it's all about learning the skills. We have the right team in place to teach you. Every coach is USA Boxing Certified and there are 2 world champions and an Olympic champion on staff as well.
Fitness Training

From the very beginning, we have been all about fitness. Even before the equipment and everything else here at Scottsdale Boxing Club, we were training. Our goal was to get fit and stay fit. We hold boot camps and special fitness training sessions for all ages and all levels. If you're not into group classes, let's go with personal training.
