AppleJack, aka Apple Brandy, has an unmistakeable apple aroma. Aged in a French & American oak barrel to produce delicate notes of vanilla & caramel. Ridiculously good in a variety of cocktails, AppleJack is also tasty on the rocks with a splash of cranberry bitters. Blackstrap molasses & demerara sugar create this medium body Dark Rum.
