In all fairness the owner reached back out to my senior mother to go back over carpet. I called him back to advise him that was not necessary we had someone else come out and re do the carpet. He immediately became aggressive would not allow me to speak. I was just letting him know to not waste his time to come back out. I see now why when speaking to other carpet cleaning companies in Amarillo, why they did not speak very highly of him. This owner is very aggressive. I told him I was not going to argue with him. The call ended with telling me to ##ck off #itch. Wow this is how you think you can
