Dr. Cynthia Urmos-Clements is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician who opened Urmos Chiropractic Health Center in Gulf Breeze, Florida, in 1994. She is proficiency rated in Activator Methods Techniques and continues her professional development through seminars and continuing education. Dr. Urmos-Clements is an active and caring member of our Gulf Breeze and surrounding communities.

Massage Therapy- We are proud to have two wonderful Licensed massage therapists in our office. They offer several different types of massages including relaxation and therapeutic techniques. Our massages are by appointment only, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Relaxation Massage: This is a lighter pressure, slower paced massage with more rhythmic and gliding strokes.

Custom-made functional orthotics are prescription shoe inserts and custom orthotic shoes designed to align your spine, hips and neck as well as secure Chiropractic adjustments beyond your appointments. Your feet actually have 3 arches, over- the-counter orthotic inserts only support one arch and often over-correct, causing more harm than good.
