It started off as a very small practice but has quickly become one of the leading chiropractic clinics in Northwest Florida.
She has dedicated her life to helping the families of both Okaloosa & Walton Counties get their health back naturally through safe & effective chiropractic care. Dr. Rachel is a native of the Ft. Walton Beach/Destin area. Her desire to become a doctor struck her as a child and she never dreamed of becoming anything else.

Dr. Rachel has been trained in the prestigious Gonstead system of adjusting. This is one of the most difficult techniques to learn as it is very specific in its force in effort to minimize twisting & torsion of the spine to expedite the healing process. We also offer other great techniques such as: Motion Palpation, Chiropractic Biophysics, Instrument Adjusting (ideal for babies & osteoporotic patients), spinal traction, and myofascial release.
