My cat was very sick, and we were current patients. They told me they would not see me and advised to go to an emergency vet. We tried again to get our dog in to see a vet, get vaccinations, etc and was again told they could not see me. I am unclear what it takes to get an appointment, or even get past the really unprofessional and rude woman who answers the phone here. But alas, I am done and will not try again. Not sure what happened to the vet industry, but this place is bottom of the barrel. This office is as unreliable as I have ever seen in 25 years of having pets.

My entire family has been bringing their dogs to DuPage for years...The staff here is so understanding, compassionate and kind. Dr. Felt is an amazing Vet & human being. She really loves her profession and is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Always offering advice and so patient. She treats her patients like her own! I would recommend them 100%.

I cannot say enough about DuPage Animal Hospital. They are all wonderful, especially Dr. DiGiacomo! I recommend DuPage Animal Hospital every chance I get. They are always willing to get a pet in quickly when there is a concern, checkups are super thorough and the entire staff really makes a pet parent feel like they all genuinely care for your pet. I have taken both of my cats to see Dr. Roberts and she has been wonderful in answering all my questions and making them feel as comfortable as possible! One of my cats needed dental surgery and she kept me updated throughout the day on his condition/exactly what procedure he was receiving and provided details on what to watch over the next couple weeks. All staff members I have spoken to are kind and helpful. A great experience every time!

We recently lost our Cody (last week) and it was our Zoey's yearly exam time. She had never been to the office without Cody and she is struggling with missing him. Everyone is so very kind at DuPage. The Doctor spent a long time with me talking through Zoey's depression and how we can help her. The day Cody died I called the office in hysterics twice. They talked me through everything with such kindness as if it was the first dog to ever pass and not just a number. When we brought him in they were so compassionate! I CANNOT say enough how great DuPage was to me. So very kind!!!
