I worked with Brandon Rodriguez for the refinancing on my FHA mortgage loan to a conventional loan. We got rid of the MIP and went from a 30-year to a 20-year loan to save me money. His initial spreadsheets showing me all the details associated with a 15-year, 20-year, & 30-year loan at different interest rates helped me immensely to make this decision!
