Cost should not be the deciding factor when choosing between professional non-emergency transportation and rideshare services. If you're seeking affordable transportation, we're HAPPY2HELP! We understand things come up and sometimes unexpected events are completely unavoidable. This is why we often pad our reservations to give time for the unexpected, but it doesn't always work!

If this is your first time time using our service we will email email an invoice for the deposit within 48hrs of confirming the reservation. Once your trip is completed, we will use the existing card on file to charge the remaining balance. Don't worry, this is normal. If you're having surgery please ask the staff to call 619-885-3737 WHEN YOU'RE HEADED TO RECOVERY (usually 30 minutes before you'll be ready to go home).
