The Core Connection
With four studios (including our virtual studio) you can always find one that's convenient for you. Our Main Studio and Pilates Reformer Loft (upstairs) -located at 290 West Main Street in Northborough, MA, at the intersections of West Main Street and Route 20-Small group Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp classes and more are offered in studio.

We are also offering outdoor classes at this location. Upstairs is our Pilates Reformer Studio where we have 5 machines socially distanced for your safety. Masks are required if you are not vaccinated. Core Cycle at 299 West Main Street We are currently running outdoor spin classes at this location.

We teach movement in a way that empowers our clients to take control of their health because they understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. The Core Connection is a fun, motivating place to work out at. The owner/instructor Rita is a fun, thoughtful and well trained teacher and makes sure the other instructors are as well. The Zumba classes are great! We are lucky to have such a great facility in the area. Words cannot describe Core Connection but I will try.

When it comes to strengthening the deep core muscles of the body, we believe in the importance of progression so that anyone, at any fitness level, can participate. Restorative Exercise is an alignment based movement program developed by Biomechanist, Katy Bowman.

Through her study of biomechanics, mathematics, Newtonian physics and background in fitness, she has developed a set of exercises that, when performed correctly and consistently can relieve pain and restore your body to its natural state of optimal function.
Pilates/Reformer

An ideal beginner class for clients with no prior Pilates experience or those needing a serious refresher! Throughout the series, you will learn the five basic principles of STOTT Pilates. Reformer 1 is for Pilates reformer clients who have 'graduated' from our INTRO TO PILATES series and want to hone in on fundamentals and essential.
Strength Training/Natural Movement

A full body strength workout with bursts of cardio to boost the burn and keep the body burning. You will work muscles you didn't know you had using the stability. This Kickboxing class will sculpt your upper and lower body, strengthen your core, and increase your cardio with this mix of kickboxing and cardio HIIT intervals.
