For decades our instructors have worked, studied, and trained together to create a robust curriculum that integrates cardio, strength training, yoga, and a variety of martial art styles. Mr. Crow is a proud veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Mr. Crow used the core values that were instilled in him in the United States Army to create the foundation of Affinity Martial Arts.

Mat time, consistency, and repetition. These are the cornerstones for success in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You do not have to be strong or a super athlete. You don't have to be big. If you put the time in, train regularly, and drill your techniques until they are as natural as breathing, then you will go far.
