The program is delivered in a safe environment. Capoeira is an afro-Brazilian form which blends dance; martial arts, and acrobatics into one beautiful art like no other. Our kids classes are designed to make kids not only learn the art but develop more ability, focus, and much more. Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour long, starting with a dynamic warm up followed by Capoeira moves, ending with fun exercises.
