Vagner is an amazing teacher! He is very knowledgeable, personable, has a great sense of humor and gives attention to each and every student in class. Boxing and kickboxing classes at Vagner Rocha Martial Arts are available for both men and women (ages 14 and up). These are designed to be extremely informative, hands on, fun, and upbeat, all while providing a great total body workout. Prospective students should not be intimidated by their current fitness level, as classes are designed to allow each individual to train and excel at their own pace.
Mixed Martial Arts

These classes are Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi with striking, live sparring, wrestling, as well as submission techniques. Although there are many Broward County martial arts schools claiming to train you in MMA, you should be very careful. Many of these instructors have never fought in MMA events, or have never trained an MMA fighter at a high level.
