I love how proactive and caring they are, giving weekly updates, and sharing some inside knowledge on how mortgage loans work. Being a first home buyer, they made sure I knew a good deal of what I'm signing up for and taking that extra time to make sure I was not lost in the progress. Once I locked in on the house, I was given extra attention and they made the process very smoothly, with alternate ways whenever I had technical problems. I really enjoyed their involvement and it makes home buying much less stressful than my initial thought.

I had a very good experience with Andy from The Tuttle Group. He was very professional, answered all my questions and gave me some great advise. I was looking to refinance my house since the interest rates had been lowered as I currently had a 30 yr mtg and wanted a 15yr and wanted to try to keep my payments not much higher than what the 30 yr… required. He reviewed with me charts that showed me what I was doing today and what a refinance for a 15yr and also a 30yr. I was currently paying more on my 30 yr required. Makes me wonder about these 5 star rating, wondering if most of them are fake or if it just depends on who you are that you get 5 star treatment, because when I went thru this company, honestly it just wasn't a good experience. They wanted me to spend hundred of dollars using some type of credit repair service, they emailed some lady named Karina, after speaking to Karina, she wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars on some program. Initially I said I would think about it because to me the money she wanted as a down payment and monthly was too much. I felt hounded because she kept calling

Andy and his team are great. If you are looking to purchase a new house or refinance your existing mortgage, they are the best group in DFW to work with! They are honest, efficient, and have your best interests in mind. They won't sell you unnecessary services to just make money. For instance, I recently contacted Andy to refinance my mortgage; he carefully analyzed all the numbers and presented various options to me. Then he clearly explained to me that I should not refinance at the moment because the options won't create enough returns to offset the costs associated with the closing

I was introduced to The Tuttle Group by my realtor(s), Allen and Katrina, at The Ohlig Group (which I highly recommend as well).I was looking for a house in Dallas but doing this from California. I had already reached out to 5 mortgage companies including my bank, B of A. I was using my business assets to obtain the loan as I am self employed so this made getting qualified more difficult and more items were required by underwriting that normal. How these people got such good ratings is beyond me.
They did my initial pre-approval in a timely fashion, but when it came time to compare rates, they just disappeared. Ron was short and borderline rude in his email response when I told him I wanted to compare rates. They never got back to me until I told my realtor their lack of a response and magically I got a phone call from his assistant. I asked if they ever created an estimate and she said Ron did. I then asked if it could be emailed to me so I could see it and she said she would have Ron send it over. Did he? No. A week later, still without

I love hanging out at the Tuttle offices. Not only did they give me the absolutely best rate on my mortgage, but Andy Tuttle and Jason Browning were so easy to work with.
