Just had the worst experience with a service department ever! Made an appointment 1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago for an oil change and recall for my backup camera. I also had a couple of other small things that I wanted checked. I had an 8:45 appointment to drop it off on Tuesday morning. At that time, I asked about what time he expected it to be done. He stated that it should be done that afternoon. So since we live 45 miles away and it's about a 45 minute drive, my husband and I decided to run some errands while we in the city then figured if we did lunch it wouldn't be too long before the truck

Where to start?! The service and atmosphere was great. Dan who helped us find the perfect car was amazing. He answered all my questions and was always following up. He went above and beyond to find me my bronco sport (which I am obsessed with ).This is a great place to get your Ford! I highly recommend them!
