In 2009, Jaime formed JPJ Beneficial Real Estate Group, now JPJ Real Estate & Design, as a residential real estate firm dedicated to assisting homeowners and prospective purchasers with a convenient and adept approach to the residential market, including home renovations and interior design.

She had spent several years prior working in commercial real estate and founded JPJ with the vision of bringing accountability and transparency to the real estate market.Throughout many years of experience in renovating and decorating homes as a hobby, clients had begun requesting Jaime's services to redesign and decorate their prospective homes in order to create their dream home.
