In a nutshell - family history. My great-grandfather inspected and repaired steam locomotive boilers (iron horses) for the Denver & Rio Grande Western railroad. So when developing possible names I was drawn to one that meant something to me personally. A Colorado native, I am a Certified Professional Inspector and member of InterNACHI, the largest home inspector organization in the country.

The structure and all components, inside and out, are inspected as a whole, whether an HOA is responsible or not. Cracked and damaged sewer and plumbing lines are expensive to repair, make sure yours is in good condition.
