Cactus Home Inspection, LLC is owned and operated by me, Don Kronig. I received my home inspector's training thru the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) school and received my radon measurement training thru the ASHI sponsored Spruce Environmental course.
I successfully passed both the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and the National Radon Proficiency Program Examination (NRPP), and I am a NRPP Certified Residential Radon Measurement Provider.I am a retiree of the Ford Motor Company, and have extensive experience with home construction, remodeling, and maintenance.

Report
A written report, with photos, will be provided within 24 hours of the completed inspection. The inspection will be based on American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards. We strongly recommend that you test for radon gas. It is the second leading cause of lung cancer today and if present in high concentrations can usually be mitigated to acceptable levels with the installation of a radon reduction system.
