Upon signing a Management Agreement, you will receive an email to activate your Owner Portal. This is where you will find your financial documents as well as fund your account for repairs and make-ready costs. Our brokerage is well-seasoned in assisting with buying and selling investment properties, as well as building portfolios.

A small percentage of tenants will break their Lease due to unforeseen life events and some will simply make the poor decision to leave before fulfilling their Lease.

Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an Email to activate your Tenant Portal. This is where you will make payments as well as submit Work Orders for maintenance requests. For general repairs, the fastest and best method is to submit a Work Order through your Tenant Portal. Attach photos if you can.
