If I could rate negative stars I would, new management is horrible no one in the office can ever give you a clear answer and they have lost my rent check twice since new management has taken over and in a result to that I keep getting late charges for things that are not my fault my water in my complex is continually being turned off with little to… no notice of it going to be happening. Also whenever I try to call the office they are never in, they have also stopped sending out bills for rent because there is an online portal that I was not using until recently when I called and was informed
