Do not trust this man. He is a SHADY business man. He will steal your money and completely defraud you. What he offers and what he delivers are two VERY different things. Do not do business with HENRY FRIEDMAN !!!!! I would give 0 stars but it won't go through unless I select atleast 1. SMH After HENRY defrauds you he won't give you your money back. Don't go near this business. I won't be adjusting this post until I'm refunded!

I planned a weekend in Philly. I booked through booking.com. The apartment was in central Philly, it was clean and felt safe with keyed entries. The price was very affordable. Henry was accommodating. There was a security deposit and I was refunded 7 days after our stay.

I have used Renaissance Properties for over 3 years now and am very happy with the service, and with the many places I've stayed.
Henry has been very accommodating and helpful, always available and has gone the extra mile to make things right if there was any problem with a space. He has also provided a few little extras whenever requested! The units I have stayed in are all in city center Philadelphia - and often they have been priced more reasonably than local hotels and have more amenities (washer/dryer, full kitchen). Would recommend using Henry and Renaissance Properties to a friend, and

I needed to relocate for my job, and this place was perfect. Its right in the heart of the city. I love the views and the owner is very nice, and responsive. Its hard to relocate to a new city alone, but this was a very good rental for me.
