Founded in 2010, owner John McGeown brings his Navy background into the leadership and operations of the company, which has grown into more than 1,000 units, mainly through referrals.

We have a proven track record of increasing renewal rates, collecting rent on time, proactive communication, and keeping properties in top physical condition. Collect monthly rents, fees, deposits, etc. and deposit revenue into owner's account (minus expenses).

Note: Keys cannot be released until account numbers are provided for all applicable utility accounts. To sublet your unit means to re-assign the lease to a new tenant in the event that you wish to leave your unit before the expiration of your lease. In this case, you, as the tenant, would remain responsible for all rent payments and lease terms, should your sublessor fail to make a rent payment by its due date.
