Jerry joined Newman Development Group in 2012 to grow the company's student housing portfolio. In 2015, he launched Varsity Campus, an independent student housing management firm and served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Jerry was named the Chief Executive Officer in 2018 and directs all aspects of the Company's operating and investment platforms.
