The only fear I have is the exit speed bump plate is unseated with sharp looking metal exposed. Makes me worried that the bump may damage my tires. While some of our residents are students (we are in a convenient location near MTSU), we are open to all qualified renters. That's no problem at all! We can pair you up with people who have similar lifestyles, interests, etc.

Our property has ample parking for both residents and their guests. We do not host assigned parking at this time. However, we do not allow inoperable or expired vehicles, boats, or campers to be parked onsite.
