Dr. Rivard offers a comprehensive initial visit for new patients, followed by the design of a customized treatment plan to meet specific healthcare needs. Occasionally, Dr. Rivard also sees patients referred by other health care professionals for specific types of adjunctive care; examples include: craniosacral therapy for chronic pain issues, homeopathy, or even complementary care during chemotherapy.

Naturopathic treatment plans are customized to the individual. Each patient has a unique health story: history, attitude, genetics, dietary habits, life style and associated health concerns. Dr. Rivard will work with you to determine the common underlying cause(s) of your health complaints and to create an individualized treatment plan to support your body's innate healing ability.
Insurance and Fees

Dr. Rivard is an in-network provider for Cigna, SchoolCare, NGS Coresource and Harvard Pilgrim health plans. Please check with your plan administrator to better understand your specific plan's benefits and copayment responsibilities. For other types of insurance, payment is due in full at the time of service, but Dr. Rivard can provide you with a coded bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement as an "out of network" provider.
