We could not be present for the property inspection but Denny's very detailed inspection report was easy to follow and included great pictures and explanations of everything he checked on our behalf. Plus Denny also called and spent nearly an hour on the phone going over the report and offered further assistance as we needed it. I have been a Realtor in Michigan for 28 years and have participated in thousands of home inspections and was very impressed with Denny's knowledge and professionalism. We had Denny provide us information on 3 home inspections before we decided to purchase our home on the 3rd try. Denny provided valuable information in the first 2 that prevented us from making a purchase that would have cost us a large sum of money.
