4 Point Inspection

If you are purchasing an older home, you may need a 4 Point inspection. We perform 4 Point Inspections in Charlotte and throughout Sarasota, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Desoto, Collier, and Lee Counties. Insurance companies have become increasingly reluctant to issue Homeowner Insurance Policies on older homes (usually 30 years old or more).

The first thing to know is that a wind mitigation inspection will help save you money on your homeowner's insurance policy. The even better news is that you don't have to do a thing except schedule the inspection. We survey and inspect your home, take the photos, fill out the forms and deliver them to your insurance agent (with your permission).
