I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my moms 2010 Sportage. Everything was going well, the employees were friendly and the service was done in a timely fashion. (Only reason it wasnt a 1 star rating). Then at checkout, the total was $66.26. My mom told me she last had the oil changed in Ocala for about $45. The reason, you ask, is due to Kia switching all of it newer vehicles to a full synthetic oil and will be doing all oil changes with the full synthetic by June 2022. I am not mad about the switching oils. What I am very upset about is the fact that there was NO disclosure made

I have purchased several vehicles from Jenkins Kia of Gainesville. Staff at sales and service department have always been polite and friendly. My most recent buying experience was with sales associate Evan Ferguson. He was extremely friendly and handled the experience very professionally making sure I had everything I needed. With this purchase being a used car there was a few items that needed to be repaired. I had a very welcoming experience as soon as I entered the dealership. It has been a little over a month since I got my car and I am very satisfied it! Sammy was such a BIG help in the whole process for me. His customer service skills are ELITE! He truly listens to you when you talk and looks to find your preferences and I was a VERY picky shopper.
