When you visit us at Pacific Bay Recovery, we can examine you from a medical, musculoskeletal, cognitive, neurocognitive and psychological standpoint. A typical program usually begins with medical detoxification followed by 90 days of inpatient treatment and 21 months in an outpatient setting. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, from primary care to mental health and psychiatry, Dr. Duffy has worked around the country before finding home in San Diego. Dr. Duffy founded Pacific Medical Care in 2012 followed by Pacific Bay Recovery in 2014 after continuously seeing an increased need for those suffering from substance use disorders intensified by mental health concerns.
