We say "Barbecue to Black Tie" because we cater events ranging from the small casual party with a simple buffet & disposables to large formal events with equipment rentals, event planning services and professional staff as well as all types of corporate events. We also have Pick-Up & Drop-Off Catering services available.

Specialty Catering is a unique, fun and interesting departure from a typical event that will impress your guests and have them talking for weeks to come! Ideal for parties of 25 and up! All of the pigs we prepare are locally sourced, humanely raised, all natural and never frozen. Our proprietary seasoning injection enhances the natural flavors keeping the meat moist, flavorful and juicy.

Our truck is available for wide variety of events of all sizes including picnics, fairs, festivals, concerts, all types of parties, weddings, reunions, fundraisers, employee appreciation events, and extended or multi day service for location shoots. Additionally we are uniquely suited to work with breweries and wineries who don't offer a food service option for their patrons.

For many years David Newton had dreamed of creating a company that would prepare and serve the incredibly flavorful food that he loved as a young man in Southeast Missouri. In the summer of 2010 that dream became a reality when David officially started the Bootheel Hospitality Group, LLC.
