We currently offer in-person classes in Stuytown; in-person private outdoor group classes (any NYC park & in Brooklyn, Prospect Park only), live interactive classes on Zoom and Instagram Live. With Karma Kids Yoga, children are encouraged to "play" yoga and experience how their breath and body move together in a fun-filled way!
The Karma Kids Yoga philosophy of teaching yoga to children provides kids with a variety of yoga tools that they can take away from yoga class and use throughout their lives. Animals, nature and other objects come alive in our classes; as we move, we learn to stretch our bodies in new creative ways.

The teachers are the heart of our yoga program. All of our instructors are trained and experienced in teaching yoga to children, prenatal, postnatal or all three. Some are sillier than others, but they are all extremely creative, nurturing, and fun! Shari was a VP, Advertising Director before completely changing her path.

Founded in 2003, Karma Kids Yoga encourages an early practice of yoga that will grow with children into adulthood. The magical studio was designed with kids in mind - fun, vibrant, and safe for yoginis of all ages. Please note that we recently closed our magical studio and will be holding classes at various locations.
