Structured belt testing evaluates technical proficiency and martial arts knowledge. We maintain traditional ranking standards while providing clear progression paths for students through white to black belt levels.

Most of the staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. They were always there when someone needed them. My only issue is they have a man working there who over-worked us. Other than that this place is incredible and I think you should check it out.

We absolutely love this studio! It's a gem we've been attending for the past six months. From private lessons to group classes to belt-testing days, and Ninja Night, we've participated in and enjoyed them all. The Senseis (instructors) are wonderful -- funny, knowledgeable, creative in the material covered in each class, and clearly, have a passion for how they grow, mentor, and empower their students. Even my four-year-old is learning defense moves + patterns and has been able to recall them, weeks later. Saturday mornings are sparring days -- with boxing gloves and helmets -- my

We are very fortunate that my daughter is able to continue taking classes offered by Sensei Taylor and Sensei Shehan virtually during the entire time of COVID-19 along with additional class offerings by other dojos in their partnership, whom they trust and have great ties with. Keeping fit is extremely important, especially during unusual times like this.
Sensei Taylor and Sensei Shehan both have comical personalities and great demeanors, which continue to shine through virtually via Zoom. They have kept my daughter happily motivated, anxious to return (when it's safe to) and test for her

I went to a 3 hour seminar on self defense for women on Saturday. Zachary Green was our instructor and did an excellent job showing us several different techniques. He would demonstrate the moves, have us practice in the mirror and then practice on each other. I can see how taking classes and practicing will be crucial to executing the techniques should someone try to attack me. Great job and I can't recommend this dojo and Zachary enough!!!
