Great School, Great Masters (teachers). Variety of classes, martial arts, edge weapons, Chinese Yoga, just some of arts they offer. You get exercise, mental stimulation, martial skills, and meet some great people!

I was asked to give a review of
my on-going experience with
the Pa Kua International League. The name sounds a bit overwhelming,
but the people are genuine;
along with what youll learn! I started with Tai Chi, become more
interested and took up Archery,
Yoga, and finally Martial Arts. The sole idea is that youre competing
against yourself. Ive been doing
for 2 1/2 years and Im slowly
beginning to know oneself. The
