Services
Physical Therapy
Our comprehensive physical therapy programs address musculoskeletal conditions through customized treatment plans combining manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Qualified therapists use evidence-based approaches to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional capacity for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. Treatment incorporates patient-specific goals to maximize outcomes across all age groups.
Post-Operative Rehab
Specialized rehabilitation programs follow surgical procedures for joint replacements, ligament repairs, and fracture healing. Structured protocols progress patients through safe, phased recovery using therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and functional training. Our goal-oriented approach accelerates return to daily activities while preventing complications through close monitoring of recovery milestones.
Sports Medicine
Targeted sports rehabilitation combines injury-specific treatments with performance enhancement strategies. Certified specialists address acute injuries and chronic conditions through sport-specific functional training, biomechanical analysis, and injury prevention education. Programs integrate strength development, flexibility improvement, and proprioceptive training to safely return athletes to competitive performance levels.
Pain Management
Multimodal pain management strategies address chronic and acute pain conditions without reliance on medications. Combining manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and targeted exercise programs, our approach focuses on identifying pain sources and implementing sustainable relief solutions through non-invasive interventions and patient education.
Dry Needling
Certified clinicians perform trigger point dry needling to treat muscular pain and dysfunction by inserting fine needles into affected tissue. This evidence-based technique releases tight muscle bands, improves circulation, and promotes healing while being integrated with other physical therapy interventions for enhanced treatment outcomes in managing neuromuscular conditions.

Report
It's very scary when your orthopedic surgeon tells you to find your own physical therapist. That was my situation when I broke my tibial plateau several months ago. I took a chance with Southeastern Physical Therapy since they were close to my home. I feel very blessed that my experience with them far exceeded my expectations. Brenden Pelletier went above and beyond to help me walk again. I am forever grateful.
