Services
Home Inspection
Our comprehensive home inspections evaluate structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and potential safety hazards. Each inspection includes attic, basement, and exterior assessments, with detailed reports delivered within 24 hours. We use advanced tools to identify hidden issues like moisture intrusion and outdated wiring, ensuring buyers and sellers understand a property's condition.
Radon Testing
We conduct EPA-compliant radon testing using calibrated electronic monitors placed in the lowest livable area for 48+ hours. Results include radon concentration levels, temperature, and humidity data. Our reports help homeowners mitigate risks of lung cancer from this odorless, radioactive gas, with testing integrated into standard inspections or available standalone.
Water Purity Testing
This service tests well water for contaminants including lead, nitrates, bacteria, and hardness. Samples are processed by certified local labs, with results compared to EPA standards. We identify pH imbalances, microbial presence, and mineral content to ensure safe drinking water, often required for rural property transactions.
Septic Dye Testing
We introduce fluorescent dye into septic tanks to visually trace leaks or inefficiencies in drain fields. This non-invasive test identifies surface-level issues with wastewater dispersal systems, often required by lenders. Results guide repairs or further invasive assessments by licensed contractors.
Well Flow Testing
This test measures a well's ability to sustain household demand, ensuring a minimum 3 GPM flow over two hours. Required by many lenders, it confirms water availability for daily use. We provide pass/fail results and documentation for financing purposes.

Report
Kevin and his wife Margo were extremely thorough with both our pre-listing inspection and our new construction inspection! Kevin is easy to get ahold of, responds quickly and is very professional. I felt I received the best possible inspection with them! Kevin also explained things so that someone like myself with no construction or inspection background could easily understand! I highly recommend them!
