Active listening is the practice of listening to a speaker while providing feedback indicating that the listener both hears and understands what the speaker is saying. This a tool to ensure stronger communication and I encourage individuals and couples to practice active listening skills. Active listening is also an important skill for parents to use with their children.

Individual sessions are $150.00. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), cash or check at time of service. Aetna, Aetna EAP, BlueCross and BlueShield, CIGNA, CIGNA EAP, Highmark, Optum, Optum EAP, SEAP, United Healthcare and United Healthcare EAP insurance coverage is available as well as out of network coverage for most plans.
