My experience with Audi North Austin was a very positive journey. Mr. Sosa and Team Audi's professionalism and knowledge of the auto that I purchased was actually the nail in the coffin which was lead me to my decision to purchase the really nice A4. I had not intended to buy a car but just to check out their inventory, new or pre-owned. Ive had a Q5 and loved it for its comfort and reliability with great service, so I wanted to check them out.
However, Audi North Austin had just received new 2022 inventory. I wanted all the new safety features as Im 74 and my previous Q5 didnt have the features I wanted/needed. With Sosas help I walked away a happy customer with a new Q5. They have a dedicated staff (Norika) who helps explain all the features. I have a one-hour appointment scheduled with all my questions. Great service!

When we got there Thomas came out and greeted us. He then asked what kind of car we were looking for and showed us some pictures . Then we drove the Audi . It was easy to get approved. Love the service there .

What started out to be a very frustrating and bad service appointment (Nov 2021) to the point I was about to leave and never return, was turned around and made right by Eddie Kim. Eddie went above and beyond to find a way to get my car in and serviced on the day of my appointment. I was originally told they couldn’t get to my car for 4 days (even… though I had an appointment) and they were booked out until February if I wanted to reschedule and oh BTW they had no loaner cars. Eddie fixed the situation that wasn’t even his to make right and got my car done EARLY! Also he and Etienne

My first time buying an Audi after going to Covert Cadillac for years. The difference is night and day. Very good quality vehicle for a good price. AJ and Mike were easy to work with and genuine, which is important, especially having a difficult experience with my most recent purchase at Covert. The people here are very transparent and I appreciated that immensely. I would send anyone their way and recommend AJ.
