A nightmare, the person who works in the silverthorne office, not organized, rude and never has time to answer the phone and when She answered she can help me . Wow.... good job

Just terrible service. My mother was trying to call to set an appointment for PT since she had a tear in her MCL and the receptionist was just awful. As my mother was trying to read her insurance number, she just kept saying she couldn't understand my mother and I understood maybe it was her slight accent so i took the phone and decided to do it for her and the receptionist then told me she could not understand me when I was being clear. Once I finished she then proceeded telling me that she could not contact the insurance for the coverage and could not give us the price of what we would need to

I cannot say enough good things about every single therapist that I have had the luck to work with at the silverthorne location. These people genuinely care about their patients, they are friendly, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend you go here if you get injured.
