I did not have the best experience with my time at R.K. I wasn't sure where to go. So the Subaru people took me for my appointment and it was supposed to be at the Chevy side. (They didn't tell me until after they serviced my car.)
I told them I believe I have an antifreeze leak. The woman who was giving me the info on my car after the service said "We didn't find a leak." I said I know there is one. She says "Well these aren't our top technicians." Sounds pretty terrible if you ask me. I got there at 1:15pm and was there until 3pm. Waiting on them to change a license plate light bulb. Overall

Bought my 2022 Subaru Ascent on Tuesday Dec 28th lease. Was there over 4 hours to get paperwork signed due to finding out that the personal property tax is not included in my lease payment like it always was for 20 years with my Ford Lease. Should have got another ford. Then they were supposed to have a check for $510.00 for my last car payment on my ford per our agreement. They did not have the check, then they were going to have it by Friday the 31st didn't happen, Then Monday no check then Tuesday after I make a couple calls find out from Anthony my salesperson that he said he had the
