Alfred D. Pellegrini of Hershey purchased the Raymond-Young Mansion at 38 North Union Street in 1969. The property's craftsmanship, strength, and beauty gave Fred a vision for renovation and inspired him to create a unique setting for memorable dining. Original fixtures were repaired, decorative woodwork was polished, and stained-glass windows were cleaned to reveal striking beauty.

Our dinner menu features the best of Tuscan cuisine with a wide and changing variety of meals to remember. From Beef to Vegetarian, there is something for everyone to savor. It's hard to save room for dessert - but well worth it! We are famous for our homemade sweets, flamb specialties, and our coffees, teas, espressos and cappuccinos.

Charcuterie Platter, sliced prosciutto, salami, house smoked beef, herbed goat cheese bites, & mixed olives. Veal Verdelli, layers of lightly breaded veal & eggplant smothered in Marinara sauce & cheese. Seafood Papillote, fresh sea bass, shrimp & scallops steamed in parchment with lemon, white wine, olive oil & fresh lemon thyme still growing in our herb garden!
