I was referred to Shirleen McDougal. Within months, she failed to write leases, a top priority as you can imagine. Emails and phone messages not returned until I had them call her while I waited. And the receptionist said no one else could help me. After speaking, within that week nothing happened so I terminated. The office is very nice, which may convince someone they are reputable and put-together. They have samples of flooring, etc. that a property owner may need someday. She sold me on having appliances available during covid as major economy models were out of stock for months. I approved

Absolutely horrible company! I feel sorry for anyone who has them as their landlords. They do not care to fix anything that needs to be fixed and they raise the rent so much that their greed shows. They have no heart and do not care about their renters at all.
