John grew up in the property management industry and worked for two different management companies before founding Presidential Property Management in 2013.
He earned his degree in business from San Jose State University and became a licensed real estate broker in 2011. John continued his education into property management and has obtained his PMC, RMP, CCRM, and a degree in Real Estate from De Anza Junior College. In his free time, John enjoys learning about the latest developments in property management legislation and spending time with wife and three sons.

Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Every adult, 18 years of age or older, who will be living at the property is required to submit an application. Do not leave any blank fields on the application. If a field is not applicable, put "n/a". If the application is not signed, or requested information is missing, the application will not be processed.
