Bought a 2019 Harley Davidson F150, had it delivered due to living in Oklahoma. Paid 69,000 plus when it was delivered the tire pressure sensor was on, the man who delivered it said it came on while driving it down, told my sales man about the issue and he said that it was impossible due to their quality inspections prior to be put up for sale. Took it to a dealership where I live and they said there was no sensor on the wheels, called the dealership where I bought it and he said they dont trust other ford dealership and he take care of it been over a month and heard nothing other then I could

Didn't find the sales personnel to interested in selling cars. Girl at the desk had to ask one of them to work with us and he didn't even ask our names. They were all too busy on their phones. What a way to go through life.

Very unsatisfied with a couple different things. First to start I bought my 2016 Ford explorer the week of fathers day weekend the sales guy tells me it has GPS navigation and it DONT and you can't download apps or anything says error. As I had bought it in the evening they didn't have time to detail it so I took it back a couple days later for it to get done as I had to work I had asked for a car to drive amd noone new anything about it so that was a mess and then it took them 2 whole days to detail it. They also said there was no recalls at the time of purchase and when I opened the

We had a wonderful experience at the dealership today. We went to buy a truck and came home with a nice one! All the staff were very friendly and our Salesmen Hadi Ruffaha went above and beyond to make sure we were informed ever step of the way till we closed the deal and drove off the lot happy and very satisfied with our new Ford truck.
