The front office staff are kind and go out of their way to help get your pet the care they need. Dr. Dexter is amazing! After a long hiatus, we came in today and Dr. Dexter (who has never met my cat before) acted like we were lifelong patients. Dr. Dexter's bedside manner is impeccable, her recommended course of diagnostics and treatment is not pushy, and she explains things in a way a common person can easily understand. We greatly appreciate all the staff at HWVH.

I have been bringing my cats here for about 5 years or so. They have always been wonderful in the past and the staff was so kind. Recently my husband and I have brought one of our kitties here for a procedure and a general check up and the desk staff have been incredibly rude every time I had called and to my husband when he was in the office. The vet was great, but the admin staff just unnecessarily awful. Very short and very rude in their tone speaking to us on separate occasions. I dont see myself being back here because of that.

Everybody is so nice and helpful. My dog has been coming here for 13 years and I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Dr. Brooks and Dr. Dexter are the best.

They are very professional and friendly. The facility is clean. I like the how explanatory the vet was. I just wish they weren't so expensive.
