
Tru Yoga's mission is for individuals to grow their own spiritual and physical practice and explore the art of yoga in a nurturing environment. Individuals can attain a holistic approach to fitness incorporating Pilates and Sculpt fitness with yoga. When embracing these diverse fitness disciplines, individuals will have access in participating in a balanced fitness routine.

We are open to 100% capacity. We are under the current mask mandate from the Governor, we are required to wear masks indoors. We have masks available at the front desk. Note: This winter we will be following APS abbreviated schedule. If APS is abbreviated our 9:30am class will be canceled our schedule will resume with the 12 noon class.

Our Hot Yoga classes are intended to purify and cleanse the mind, body and Soul. This class focuses on alignment, breath flow, strength and concentration. This class is heated to 105 degrees with humidity added, allowing the body to ease into the posture. All levels are encouraged and welcomed.
Through the use of deep breathing, stretching and observing, yin practitioners will find a less rigorous, yet still challenging way to work on our state of mind.The room is heated to 105 degrees with humidity added, allowing the body to ease into the posture. This class is done under the black lights with candle light.

How do I join?-Sign up during staffed hours. There is someone at the desk 30 minutes before class starts and immediately following classes. I am a not a member of Tru, may I use the hot room?-Yes, you do not need to be a member to use the TRu hot room. Drop in rate is $14.00 per class, this includes a Manduka Pro mat.
