El Azteca first location opened in Middletown, New York in 2003 before opening its second location in Florida, New York in 2007.
Bernardino Morales worked as a dishwasher and cook for many years. His dream of one day owning his own restaurant became a reality after him and his wife, Erica, had saved enough money to open their first El Azteca location.
