This is the second time we've used Lake City Inspections. They are incredibly thorough, and the inspection report is super detailed, easy to understand, and provides easy links to various contractors in your area to help with whatever issues you may have. David even took the time after the inspection to give me a rundown, as I was at the property with contractors at the time. Great company!

I have been a manager, an auditor and an inspector for over 35 years and am fully aware of the processes and procedures involved. Based on my experiences in both the aviation, medical and electrical fields, I find that this company is an excellent choice for doing home inspections. I've had other inspections over the past 30 to 40 years and most don't come close to meeting my expectations. The items found and suggestions for remediation were spot on. The inspector obviously has many years in the business and has a great process implemented in his findings!

Lake City Inspector David Brazzle went above and beyond my expectation of a thorough home inspection. I arrived 5 minutes before the inspection was to start, and found David not only on time, but already at work. David allowed me to hang out during the entire inspection, and answered my questions explaining exactly what needed to be done to correct the issue. David was awesome to work with, Very Knowledgeable and Extremely Professional. I received the inspection report in record time and was amazed at the details, suggestions, and the pictures provided. I am a real estate broker located in California. I purchased a home in Hayden, Idaho last year. At the advice of my real estate agent, I used Lake City Inspections for the home inspection. I found them to be exceptionally thorough and professional. I was not able to be present at the inspection. I arrived several days later while still within my inspection contingency. Michael came out and was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was great letting us stay during the duration of the inspection and answered the many questions we had.
The report we got was also fantastic. It was laid out in a way that was very easy to navigate and understand, as well as go over with our realtor. We aren’t very handy people, so we especially appreciated the breakdown in the notes of his findings. The recommendations for what type of professional or contractor to contact and articles were also a wonderful resource.

Our home inspection was thorough and we were provided with a well developed inspection report. The report was easy to read and highlighted areas of possible concern. Not only did the report include areas of concern, but outlined how the areas would need to be addressed (DIY, general contractor, licensed electrician, etc.) David was absolutely amazing and incredibly professional.
